Free coach education
Free coach education is for adults aged 18+. It is unpaid learning, not volunteering: participants are always shadowed and directly supervised. There is no promised progression to paid work.
Paid work and leadership
Paid coaching requires assessed capability. Location Lead / Coach Mentor responsibilities and fees are separately scoped based on the agreed role.
